Keuchik Sebagai Fasilitator, Regulator, dan Katalisator: Sebuah Potret Peran dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakat di Gampong Rambong, Bubon, Aceh Barat

This study aims to determine the role of the Keuchik gampong Rambong in increasing community participation in gotong royong activities. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive and phenomenological approaches. This research was conducted using the theory put forward by Gede Diva about the role with 3 indicators, namely, the role as a facilitator, the role as a regulator, and a role as a catalyst. The result of this research is that the gampong rambong keuchik has not maximized its role as a facilitator, regulator and catalyst. so that the role of the keuchik in increasing community participation in participating in gotong royong activities has not been implemented optimally. In an effort to increase community participation, there are also obstacles that become obstacles, namely the absence of allocation of funds provided for mutual cooperation activities, and the lack of public awareness

Penguatan Kapasitas Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Tentang Tourism Branding di Desa Baro Kecamatan Setia Bakti Kabupaten Aceh Jaya

Baro Village, Setia Bakti District, Aceh Jaya Regency has eco-tourism potential for mangrove forests, which actually play a role in reducing unemployment and poverty and aiming to be environmentally friendly. However, a fundamental problem in almost all nature-based tourism in the region is related to the absence of a brand destination. As a result, tourist destinations are empty of visitors, which ultimately affects Pokdarwis' income as a manager of mangrove tourism. The method of implementing community service is through Participatory Action Research (PAR), which is participatory-based and emphasizes the process of sharing and learning together so that it can help Dikti personnel understand the conditions and problems of partners, namely Baro Village, Setia Bakti District, Aceh Jaya Regency in the use of media. This service was ultimately able to encourage the use of social media for the Baro Village Pokdarwis through increasing the Pokdarwis' ability to create digital content in the form of websites, videos, and posters of digital tourism products; the formation of SOPs for branding mangrove forest tourism destinations; preparing a schedule for digital mangrove forest competitions and festivals, and establishing networking and collaboration with the government, private sector, and digital media actors

Unleashing The Power of Big Data: The Phenomenon Behind Indonesia's Smart City Policy Implementation

The concept of smart cities has emerged as a promising prospect for several major urban centers in Indonesia. Putting smart city projects together requires thinking about many things. Big data has become one of the most important parts for making sure that these projects will last. Employing big data technology makes it easier to improve the ways that data is stored and processed. This makes it possible to gather useful data that could greatly improve a wide range of smart city services. This study uses a library-based qualitative research approach to analyze scholarly journals and relevant literature. The method involves meticulous collection of data from carefully chosen libraries, aiming to provide comprehensive insights into the phenomenon of big data in smart cities implementation within government administration. This study aims to contribute to the identification and analysis of challenges encountered in emergency situations, with the ultimate goal of providing assistance in effectively mapping the problem at hand. The present discourse underscores the indispensability of Indonesia's contemporary human mindset in bolstering the viability of the smart city paradigm

PENGUATAN DASAR-DASAR ADMINISTRASI DALAM PENGELOLAAN ORGANISASI MAHASISWA

Penguatan Dasar-dasar Administrasi dalam Pengelolaan Organisasi Mahasiswa adalah program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan administrasi bagi pengurus organisasi mahasiswa. Melalui pemahaman yang baik tentang administrasi, pengurus dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya, meningkatkan transparansi, dan akuntabilitas, serta membangun hubungan yang baik dengan anggota dan pihak terkait. Penguatan dasar-dasar administrasi diharapkan berdampak positif pada kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dan mendorong perubahan budaya administrasi yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, kegiatan penguatan dasar-dasar administrasi dalam pengelolaan organisasi mahasiswa memberikan manfaat nyata bagi pengurus organisasi dan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini telah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan administrasi pengurus, memperbaiki kinerja organisasi, dan mendorong perubahan yang positif dalam budaya administrasi. Sosialisasi terhadap Pemberdayaan Remaja Putus Sekolah Di Gampong Suak Bilie Kabupaten Nagan Raya Melalui Pendidikan Entrepreneurship

The potential of adolescents in education has a huge influence on the development of a better social life, especially in the order of interaction in their daily lives. However, the problem of education equality is still a trigger for high levels of youth unemployment, including one of them in Gampong Suak Bilie. Different reasons for the problem of dropping out of school can be directed by empowering teenagers who drop out of school, this is due to the habits of teenagers who spend more time playing. The method of implementing youth empowerment is through socialization and mentoring adolescents who drop out of school. The results of this service found that adolescents in Gampong Suak Bilie have the potential to develop their interests, but the lack of resources and motivation that support to develop the potential of adolescents results in not accommodating the interests of adolescents

Persepsi Orang Dengan Gangguan Penggunaan Zat (ODGPZ) terhadap Kebijakan Rehabilitasi Narkotika

This study was undertaken in order to ascertain the opinions of ODGPZ and to introduce narcotics rehabilitation policies to them, so that the information provided to respondents can provide insight into the world of rehabilitation, particularly in terms of narcotics rehabilitation rules and regulations. The topic of this study is quite sensitive and has a private personality, which makes it difficult to find informants ready to share their stories, particularly about narcotics. The authors used a descriptive qualitative method in this study and were able to collect 4 (four) respondents using the snowball sampling methodology. The findings of this study show that respondents lacked information about narcotics rehabilitation policies, causing them to be unaware of the contents of these rules. The authors then goes on to explain the key points of the rehabilitation policy, concluding that the policy is an effort or form of the government to protect abusers from becoming addicted to narcotics
